I was riveted to the
live blogging on Huffpo all day yesterday. The summer heat, boxes of Chinese food and a no work made me sluggish and prone to breaking wind. I should have posted that I was betting the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei would re think his endorsement of Ahmadinejad's win. And sure enough
he did! Looks like 20/20 hindsight, but I knew that Khamenei is too smart to oppose such a massive uprising. I want Iran to be our friend, I want the friction to end, I want Obama to welcome them into our community.
