How soon they forget!
Priorities change when they hit the major leagues. How soon they forget who their friends are. Obama and his crew are now saying single payer coverage simply isn't an option. Oh ya? Over 60% of the American people support single payer coverage. As long as insurance companies are in charge, Americans will not be safe. Over 20,000 people die every year because of no coverage, denied coverage, or under coverage. That's seven times the number killed on 9/11 every year!!It's off the table because "Big Insurance" and "Big Healthcare" don't want it on the table. Priorities change, but progressives keep fighting!

there is a video out abour the GOP health care scare tactics talking points:
"The Republican Health Care Horror Show" on YouTube and quoted on the US News & World Report article in Wahiongton Whispers.
It's very distressing to see the Insurance Lobby win again.
I could tell you nightmare stories about healthcare right now. I have full coverage and that doesn't really seem to matter.
It's a myriad of beauracratic details and pencil-pushind desk popes who make up the majority of the health care industry.
Obama appears to be such a let down that all of us Amercuns will be debtor-nationing out it out for a broken finger. God help the man who has cancer.
ok, "pushind" was spelled wrong, "Amercun" was purposeful.
;)
I love how no one is spinning this properly--providing everyone with healthcare CREATES GOOD JOBS! Plus, with universal health care, we can focus more on prevention like UK is doing and reduce costs (and human misery) longterm.
The anti spin is one of the RNC talking point: "We don't a bureaucrat between the patient and his/her doctor"
Like that is what that is a real fear!
